John Stokes is the most professional plumber I have worked with. I was in the textile industry 50 years and oversaw all sorts of plumbing installs for PVA, steam, chilled water, etc. Never saw anyone better than John. It's nice to point him to the issue and let him fix it properly with no fear of him taking shortcuts. That being said, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the owie at bill time. He is expensive, but when you really look at what he does, you understand the price. He is the only contracted help I know of that I can forget about once he's on the job. He will do it better than I envisioned it and he will FINISH IT. He is a truly an expert plumber.

John came quickly to fix a leaky pipe and did a fantastic job. He provided good advice on our copper pipes and the next steps we should take to deal with the water damage. He was pleasant, informative and professional as was his assistant. I'd hire him again most certainly.

John with Pathmaker is one of the most knowledgeable people I know in construction! He doesn’t just know plumbing, he see how plumbing affects and is affected by other trades. He does it one way..the way it ought to be done.
Ben and Rachel came by soon after I placed my call for service and explained what needed to be done. They came back the following week (after the new faucets arrived) and completed the installation. Ben also replaced our worn-out water main cut off valve and came up with a creative solution to hide the cutout section that had to be removed from our drywall. I was very pleased and had a good customer experience. I would definitely use Pathmaker Plumbing again!
The owner knows his craft but isn’t flexible, prices his services ridiculously high, is arrogant, rude and abrasive.
We have used Pathmaker a couple times in the past few years and I'm always impressed with their service. They answer the call, show up on time and are honest with their assessment of the work to be done. In addition to all this, the work is affordable and of excellent quality. Keeping them on speed dial for my future plumbing needs in my nearly 40 year old home.
Pathmaker plumbing did an incredible job fixing a leak in our home. They ran adequate diagnostics to locate the leak, and then fixed the problem (which was not small) within one day! They quickly responded to my phone calls and emails throughout the process. They are timely, professional, and fair with pricing. Will use them for all future plumbing needs!

Pathmaker Plumbing was great, we called around 9pm on a Sunday night that we had a 100% blockage in our sewer drain system. We received a call less than an hour later that they could make it to our house the next day on Monday. Ben was very communicative in when he would be arriving and assured us he could make it before the end of the day Monday. Ben was great in talking to us about everything he was doing and what it was going to take to remedy the problem. He did everything he could do to also ensure there were no other issues down stream from the clog. We are very grateful for Pathmarkers ability to respond so quickly and personable personnel. Turns out the plumber before we bought our house left the seal plug in used for permitting the system and that’s what caused our blockage.
We needed some plumbing work done in a few areas of our house. The owner was responsive, friendly, and happened to have availability for a quote that day. John and Ben came out to quote and completed the work in the days that followed. They were professional, respectful of my house and left things clean, provided suggestions without feeling pushy, and did great work. I will definitely be using Pathmaker for any plumbing work going forward.

On Christmas Eve I came home to a busted water pipe. I called many companies and could not get anyone out till several days later since so many people had frozen or busted pipes and on the day after Christmas I called Pathmaker and John called me back within a couple hours and was at my home to repair the leak! He was friendly, fun to talk to and did excellent work. I will recommend this company to everyone! He had to disconnect my water heater to get to the busted pipe and put everything back perfectly, he found a hole in my wall and even put spray insulation in it for me. I am extremely happy and will be a customer for life. Words cannot express how grateful I am for his service today!!!

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Pathmaker Plumbing. I was experiencing a very critical plumbing problem in my bathroom. Water was gushing from beneath my bathroom tub and flowing into the crawl space of the house. Pathmaker was kind enough to fit us in their already busy schedule. I found them through a Google search so I was a bit nervous. However, things turned out great!! The team that came was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with the work. They arrived on time and got right to work locating the problem. They listened as I explained all of our issues with the mainline draining out of the house. They located the problem, resolved it and let us know what we needed to do in the future to not continue to have issues. We were very impressed and satisfied with their service.

I rarely write reviews. But after the worst nightmare experience with a handyman who broke a pipe by our sink and flooded our home, ruining our new hardwoods, and then disappeared without a trace, I was close to my breaking point. The first plumber at another organization who came out was somewhat rude and highly priced. But when I found John, he was a true home-saver/sanity-saver! He was responsive, professional, and great at explaining what he was doing each step of the way. As a new homeowner he put me at ease and even gave me some professional advice based on my awful handyman experience. Reasonably priced. And had a young man helping him as well who was equally kind/helpful while learning from John at the same time (sorry, forgot his name). And he is well connected to other reputable teams/services in the area if you find yourself in a similar bind like ours where you need more than just a great, trustworthy plumber. I have already referred him to my colleague and do not plan to use anyone else should we have more plumbing jobs come up in the future.
