What type of plumbing work do you primarily handle?

We primarly do residential plumbing services including drain cleaning and repair, water leak detection and repair, water heater installation and service (both tank and tankless), toilet repair, and sewer line diagnostics and repair. We handle some light commercial work. We don't do emergency after-hours calls, which means a more predictable schedule for our team.

What's the work schedule like?

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional exceptions for urgent situations. We respect work-life balance and don't expect you to be on call 24/7. This is one of the benefits of focusing on planned maintenance and repairs rather than emergency services.

How do you ensure fair compensation?

We pay competitive rates based on experience, certifications, and performance. Unlike companies that pay primarily on commission, our compensation structure allows you to focus on doing quality work rather than selling unnecessary services. We believe good plumbers deserve good pay, period.

What's the next step in the application process?

We review all applications personally and respond to qualified candidates within 3-5 business days. Our process includes a phone conversation to discuss your experience and answer your questions about the position, followed by an in-person interview with John. We believe in being straightforward about expectations on both sides, so you'll know where you stand throughout the process.
